Refund Policy

Returns

To initiate a return, send us an email at kaizenknivesau@gmail.com including your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will promptly respond with clear instructions on how to proceed. It is essential to reach out to us prior to returning any goods in order to obtain approval and ensure a seamless process.

Please note that, as per our policy, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement in cases where you simply change your mind. However, if you encounter a faulty item, you have the flexibility to choose between a refund or an exchange.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds will not be granted if the item has been damaged or misused, is not in its original condition, or has missing parts that were not due to our error.

Refunds & exchanges

Once you have contacted us to initiate a return or exchange, we will assess your claim and promptly notify you of its approval or rejection. In the event of approval, we will process your lifetime warranty on the order. For refunds, please allow 7 days for your original method of payment to be credited after we have received the goods back in their original unused condition. For exchanges, we will ship your preferred alternative once we have received the original goods in their original unused condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all items, Australia-wide. Your order will be promptly processed and delivered with care, allowing you to enjoy your quality knives without any additional cost.

Lifetime warranty

Every Kaizen knife carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults. Damage resulting from misuse (including use on bone, frozen foods, or dishwasher cleaning) is not covered.
