Where is my order? How long does shipping take?
All orders ship free with standard shipping, Australia-wide, and are promptly processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. If it’s been longer than expected, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it down.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Every Kaizen knife carries a lifetime warranty. If your knife is faulty, email kaizenknivesau@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll assess the claim promptly and arrange a refund or exchange.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact us before returning anything so we can approve the return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for faulty items; change-of-mind returns aren’t covered. Full details on our refund policy page.
Why was I asked to verify my age?
Australian law prohibits the sale of knives to anyone under 18. We verify age before browsing and may require proof of age on delivery. More on our legal information page.
Can I use my Kaizen knife on bone or frozen food?
No — the 15° edge is ground thin for precision, not impact. Bone, frozen food and very thick-skinned vegetables can chip it, and damage from misuse isn’t covered by warranty. See our care guide.
Do you sharpen knives?
We’re a small operation, so we don’t offer a sharpening service yet — but our sharpening guide walks you through maintaining the 15° edge with water stones.
